The owners were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I’d happily recommend this unit. The complex is small and older than many, but it has what you need for a great beach trip. Getting to the beach is easy, and the balcony has lovely views. The pool is on the small side, though it’s clean, cared for, and fine for cooling off outdoors without dealing with sand.

Room 205 feels fresh, with updated decor and new-looking furniture, and the beach views are great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, though plenty of restaurants are nearby too. One bedroom has a desk, which worked well for remote work. The beach is close, rental chairs are available, and there’s a gate at the beach entrance for safety. Definitely recommend it!

Unit 806 is the one to look for on Facebook at @ Take Me A Wave. It’s in a place with just 61 units, a short walk from the white sand and lots of private beach space. Popular restaurants and attractions are walkable too. Best place to stay in PCB.

The building could use some updates in the corridors, since it’s older. Still, it’s a nice place, right on the beach, with a pleasant pool area and a good snack bar/café. The location is great.

We felt very safe with the code-controlled private beach entrance and the bands needed for the pool area. The beach is right there, with lovely white sand, and the balcony gets a nice breeze day and night. The pool was clean. Ice cream, pizza, golf, shopping and more are close by.
