The room had bugs, dusty floors, and visible mold in the bathtub. When we went downstairs for blankets and sheets, staff threatened to kick us out unless we paid another $60 for the extra guests. We’d also asked for extra sheets earlier, but they wouldn’t bring them up, so we had to collect them ourselves. When we called for towels, they said we had to come down and pay for two extra guests just to get them. At check-in, we’d selected two adults because the booking system wouldn’t let us add two more. Instead of helping sort it out, the receptionist called us liars and was rude and aggressive. We waited about 15 minutes after arriving before anyone came out. The receptionist said a brief hello, then went back inside without explaining anything or helping. My family has stayed in many hotels, and two of us work for Hilton and Choice Hotels, so we know hotel policies and service standards. We’ve never been treated this way. When we chose to leave, an employee came to inspect the room right after us. We were holding the door open for her when she yelled at us to get out as if we were criminals. The staff were unprofessional and the hotel was unclean. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We booked a last-minute, fairly cheap stay close to the beach at a Quality Inn & Suites in Panama City Beach. The location was convenient, but Brijesh Patel, the overnight “manager,” made the stay miserable. He had seen us before and still offered only the bare minimum, with no urgency or care. His rude, dismissive attitude ruined what should have been an easy visit. We won’t book here again. Please don’t book here either.

I stay here often and feel safe, and my car feels safe too. Parking is usually available right in front of the room, even on weekends the price is great, and there isn’t a huge deposit like at other places. The front desk woman is beautiful, always smiling, and very nice. Rooms are big and clean, with soft, huge beds and lots of pillows. There’s a couch, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, a pool, and free breakfast in the morning. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Our room was clean, and management were friendly, personable, and quick to address any issue. I’d like to stay here again. I’d added a day to our March 24-26, 2026 reservation before my wife and I arrived, but that extra night wasn’t on the booking when we got there. Management made every effort to fix it to my satisfaction.

The room was spacious and clean, and the grounds were quiet and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was great. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.
