The owner was so friendly and helpful at check-in, and the motel was clean and close to Bryce Canyon. We had room #9, a newly renovated room with the most comfortable mattresses of our whole road trip. The shower hadn’t been updated, but it was clean, worked fine, and had hot water. I was very pleased.

We were headed to Cedar City but got caught in a snowstorm, so my mom and I decided to stay the night. We arrived late without notice, and Lisa looked after us, giving us a renovated room, I think 11. It was clean, with comfortable beds and a large, clean bathroom. This family-run business has great hospitality and a great attitude. I’d stay again if I were in the area.

We stayed in the three-bedroom family suite and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The bedside tables each had charging ports, which we appreciated. We were happy to find this place near a great ice fishing spot, Panguich lake. Even though we arrived late at night, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and check-in took just two minutes.

The temperature stayed consistent, the roof didn’t leak, and the neighbors weren’t too loud, so it worked as shelter in the ways that mattered. Service was good, and they let us change our reservation without any trouble. Still, the building didn’t feel especially safe or stylish. The popcorn ceiling had sparkles, the shower had a full-size window facing outside and the blinds got soaked, and the rooms had odd, demanding notes. One bathroom note said vomiting in the shower would mean a $250 fine plus any plumber’s bills. The paint job was sloppy too.

The rooms felt cramped, and the bathrooms were worse: broken, worn out, and with barely any space. The bathtub looked old and was broken, while using the sink and commode was very difficult because there was no room. When I raised this with the host, she was reckless and didn’t treat it as a problem. She even said she had deliberately put us in that unrenovated room because we’d booked it for less through a third-party vendor. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
