The rooms stayed nice and cold, which was a plus, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. We were there for two nights because repairs were happening in our apartment. At checkout, listed as 11, our key cards had been turned off at 10, and someone had cleared the room by 10:30 while we were still packing. We left an electronic for the kids behind. When I called, the desk man said it was there. I came back to find him doing laundry out back with gloves on. He touched the device with the same gloves, then placed it far down the counter instead of handing it to me, said nothing, and went back to his laundry. Getting checked in was difficult too. We arrived at 3, the listed check-in time, but the front desk man refused to check us in without a credit card. My landlord called and offered to give him the information, but he wouldn't speak to her, so the five kids with us, aged nine months to ten years, and I waited in the car for over an hour. Our rooms were supposed to connect. While I was signing, he changed them, then insisted they were still connected when they weren't. He was rude when I tried to clarify. One room was fully stocked, but the other had hardly anything and I doubt it had been cleaned before we arrived. I also couldn't get extra towels because no one was at the desk. I waited ten minutes, then gave up. People slammed doors all night. The man at the desk was dismissive and rude, with no customer service skills. Why work somewhere if you're that miserable?

The old TV was the one letdown: the picture wasn't great, and almost half the channels didn't work. We had our own devices, though, so it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, the room was quiet, roomy enough, and very clean, including the sheets, floors, walls, and bathroom fixtures. The bed, pillows, and chairs were comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well kept and in a good location. We'd consider staying again if we're in the area.

The hotel's website, Google, and everything else said dogs were allowed, and I'd stayed there with my dog before. They charged my card a pet fee, but when I walked in, the woman canceled my reservation, saying the policy had changed. The Haitian front desk worker gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wish that woman the worst. It was the biggest power trip I've ever dealt with.

I've returned here for years, and nobody had ever treated me this way over my service dog before. Sometimes I was charged a fee and sometimes I wasn't, but I was never threatened or spoken to disrespectfully. This time, a staff member confronted me while I was walking him and accused me of lying about having a pet. They said I'd be kicked out unless I paid a pet fee right then. He's a service dog, not a pet, and nobody had even asked about animals when we checked in. The trouble started at arrival. The front desk employee kept us waiting while she ordered her own food delivery over the phone, which felt inconsiderate and unprofessional. Then she made an issue of the card for the reservation, even though everything was in order. The whole situation was inappropriate and unprofessional. Service dogs have legal protections, and guests shouldn't be intimidated like this. Unless they address what happened, I won't return. This left a very bad impression and has made me reconsider staying here.

The staff were accommodating and brought extra towels. Breakfast was good, with eggs, waffles made to order, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, and coffee. The place was very comfortable and clean, in a great location, and had WiFi and everything we needed.
