A2B Budget Hotel

The room was disgusting. It seemed like they just made the bed and emptied the trash, with no sign of cleaning products. The shower smelled like piss, so I put a towel on the floor because I didn't want my bare feet in there. There were no-smoking signs everywhere, yet people were still smoking, and the workers let people do whatever they wanted. I called before booking and was quoted $45 with no deposit, but when I arrived they said $68 with no deposit. I paid anyway, but I won't book here again. People seem so comfortable living there. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

In my room I found a crack pipe. They offered another room, but the bed there was unmade and it had bed bugs. I didn't call the police, though they were lucky I didn't. Be very careful about staying here. Getting a refund is difficult: they won't do it at the desk and send you to a phone number where you get run in circles.

It's a relaxed, chill place for me, and they've been willing to work with me depending on my circumstances. Everything I could need is nearby. The property has been cleaned up nicely and is much quieter than before. There are new AC units in the rooms, and towels and sheets are available around the clock. The lady at the window is so sweet and beautiful inside and out.

My son traveled from NYC to ATL for a job fair to join ATLPD, and what I saw of his hotel stay on FaceTime was the most disturbing thing ever. There was no toilet tissue, towels, or washcloths, and no remote. The sheets and blankets had stains, the chair smelled, and there were roaches on the walls. The parking lot looked like a set where something had been filmed. Staff said they had no extra towels, the garbage was full, and paint was peeling and hanging from the ceiling. Do better for your customers. This was the worst experience ever. My son would've been better off sleeping at the airport.
