Crescent Lodge and Country Inn - Adults Only

We loved the quiet, the jacuzzi, and the view from the deck. Having our car in its own driveway was a big plus for my husband. The kitchen suite was stocked with pots and dishes, so we made our own meals even though breakfast was included and there was a bar and restaurant on site. We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary, and the staff made sure we had what we needed while helping us feel safe during the pandemic. Before booking, Barbara at Crescent Lodge answered my questions and made me comfortable with the choice. The stay suited us well, we have no complaints, and we plan to return. Thanks to everyone at Crescent Lodge for a great weekend.

We took a short walk through the woods on the property, which looked lovely under the snow, and the restaurant was a treat: everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. In the Paradise cottage, we liked having our own entrance, a fireplace, mini fridge, and coffee machine. The room was really nice, though we weren’t fans of the mattress. The private deck would be wonderful in warmer weather. Breakfast was included and very good, with different choices on different days like pancakes, French toast, quiche, bacon, and hashbrowns. The inn has a quaint historic feel, and the service was warm and attentive. We’d like to come back when it’s warm and see more of the area.

The cottage had a real fireplace, and the front desk was so cute. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was really good too. Staff were kind and accommodating. We’re glad we took our friend’s recommendation and spent two days here. We had a lot of fun and hope to come back in summer, when there are more warm-weather activities.

This was our third visit for our annual little getaway, and we hated to leave. We had dinner at the new restaurant twice. It was a bit different, but we enjoyed it. We missed some of the former staff who made such a lasting impression, though hopefully they were just off those nights. A young man plowing the area was genuinely nice, and took time to chat and help with a few travel questions. Crescent Lodge is always cozy and comfortable, with a great staff. Thanks for another lovely weekend, we’re looking forward to coming back.
