Lodi Inn

The hot tub room’s controls were on the far side of the tub, so you had to climb in to start the water or fill it. The tub itself was shallow, about like a regular bathtub with jets. It technically seats two, but not comfortably, and feels more like a slightly oversized tub.

The room was clean and roomy, and the pool was really nice. The bed was comfortable, but it sits on a thick piece of plywood and shifts when you get onto it. I banged my shins a couple of times, and it moved around whenever I shifted in the night. I’ve stayed at plenty of Motel 6’s before, but this visit wasn’t as good. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the room. I asked the front desk about a DND sign, and they said they don’t give them out anymore, though I’m not sure why.

The property is well kept, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone on staff is welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, which makes this another great Motel 6 stay in Lodi. It’s also easy and stress-free to travel here with dogs. I’d happily recommend it.

There’s a fair amount of highway noise, though getting on and off I-5 is quick. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. I’ll stay here again.
