Best Western Plus Casino Royale - Center Strip

The room never cooled down enough, and opening the window only let in the garbage smell. Our view was of a dumpster, the bathroom sink smelled bad, and the tub wouldn’t drain. The garage and the ice machine were grimy too, with brown gunk in the ice tray. Even though our room was serviced every day, we got only two towels for three people and ran out of toilet paper during our four-night stay. The double-bed rooms are cramped, and those beds seemed closer to full size than queen size. The elevator was the smallest and oldest I can remember using. I know there’s no resort fee or parking fee here, but I wouldn’t stay again. I travel a lot and BW is good most of the time, but this one didn’t meet the standard I expect as a BW rewards member.

The room had a fridge and coffee maker, two of the reasons we picked this place. It also came with an iron and TV, and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the room stayed clean and quiet during our three nights. The casino is small but has a good mix of newer and older machines. There were quite a few homeless people wandering around the casino asking for money. The location worked well, next to Harrahs and across from the soon to be Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, with Wynns, Pallazo, and Ceasars nearby. Better than I expected, and I’d stay here again.

We feel safe staying here and recommend it to friends and adult family. The location is especially handy for seniors who want to be near the Las Vegas Strip without as much walking. The customer service is wonderful. It doesn’t have all the amenities of the big casino properties, but there’s no resort fee.

Great spot for getting to the vegas strip, and also handy if you’re going to the Sphere since it’s right by the Venetian and Sphere. There are affordable places to eat nearby, too. The hotel service is great, and the rooms have what you need, including a Keurig machine and coffee, a fridge, and a TV. You can’t do much better.
