Our daughters loved the private pool, since the main pool was quite packed, and the room was comfortable and very nice. We had a double queen room for three nights at Nobu Hotel Las Vegas, centrally located as part of Caesar's. I wish there’d been an empty fridge where we could keep drinks. It was 107 degrees, and the fridge was stocked with expensive drink options, like at many hotels. The main frustration was the lack of communication from staff. We arrived Thursday around 1:30 pm, thinking check-in was at the usual 3 pm, but it’s actually 4 pm. My brother and his family had checked in the day before. When I checked in at 1:30, I asked if my sister’s room and mine could be on the same floor. It was only a request. At 4:05 I called reservations and was told our room wasn’t ready, but they’d expedite housekeeping. At 4:30 I went to the check-in desk on the 72nd floor and was told the delay was because of my request to be on the same floor, with no estimate for readiness. They said we could take a room on another floor, so we asked for it because we had dinner reservations at 6. I was frustrated that nobody called me at 4 to explain that the same-floor room wasn’t ready but another one was available. They had my number, and telling us housekeeping was being expedited didn’t help. We were exhausted from our flight.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, and the stay made the occasion even more memorable. The property was immaculate, well cared for, and welcoming. Every staff member we met was warm, courteous, friendly, and attentive, and they made us feel valued and treated us like royalty. That kind of sincere, thoughtful service is rare, and we’re very grateful. I can’t recommend it highly enough for cleanliness, comfort, professionalism, and wonderful hospitality. You won’t be disappointed.

Caesar's Palace had oversold rooms and couldn’t guarantee our reservation, so we were moved to NOBU. The staff there were friendly and accommodating. It was quiet, with calm music playing, and I liked the distinctive tea selection they offered with complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. The room’s decor was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the robe was lovely. They’d put a lot of thought into the toiletry kit.

I liked that we almost always had the elevators to ourselves and hardly ever had to wait. The Strip-facing room was enjoyable, and being close to everything in Caesars is the hotel’s biggest advantage. The rooms are a little small, but the decor and amenities help make up for it. We could hear bass from Omnia most of the night because the room faces the Strip. Turning on white noise on my phone fixed it, but light sleepers should know. I don’t think it’s enough to take off a star. My wife and I had a very nice stay and will come back.

Anthony Ruiz-Aviles made a real difference during my first stay at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace. I had a small room issue when I arrived, and he took care of it right away, quickly and professionally. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. Everything has gone smoothly since. I have a nightclub reservation tonight, already got a map of the best spots around the property, and plan to unwind at the spa tomorrow morning. I hope management recognizes Anthony’s work. Employees like him deserve appreciation and room to grow. Great hotel and service, and special thanks to Anthony Ruiz-Aviles.
