Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Las Vegas Stadium Area

Our suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of room, and we had a nice Christmas stay at this Fairfield. Tiajah did a great job making sure our baby had a crib. The next day, Deja and Jason were also very helpful. Breakfast was good, though I was a little disappointed there were no waffles. We later heard some supplies hadn’t arrived in time. There were still eggs, bacon, sausage, omelettes, and oatmeal, with the choices varying by day. The laundry room has just one washer and two dryers, and one dryer was out of service during our stay. Many TV channels also showed a completely black screen. We’d consider staying again.

We had a sofa bed in our group room, which gave us extra flexibility. The pool wasn’t heated, but the spa and jacuzzi were open until 11 PM and were great for relaxing at night. We didn’t try breakfast because our flight was too early. The staff were very nice, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom exceptionally clean. The hotel is near the airport in a quiet area, so it was easy to rest. There’s no airport shuttle, which is inconvenient given the location, and guests still have to pay an overnight parking fee. The elevator felt a little bumpy and might make some people dizzy. It was a clean, comfortable stay with good amenities, though a few convenience issues keep it from being perfect. A solid choice if you need to be near the airport or Allegiant Stadium.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, though often unresponsive. I left a couple of things in my room and called the desk right away. After being transferred several times, someone said they’d look into it and get back to me, but I never heard by phone or email. The manager later emailed to thank me. I replied asking him to look for my items and got no response there, either. Ridiculous that a Titanium member can’t even get an email reply. Time to pick another hotel.

The pool had plenty of debris, the hot tub jets didn’t work, and both nights there weren’t enough towels in the pool area. The elevators were noisy and jumpy, and the room outlets felt like a fire hazard. We had to prop the plugs up to keep them connected. Our beds were so uncomfortable that everyone in our group woke up sore each day. I tried to check the mattress manufacture dates, but the tags had been removed. The pullout sofa bedding was stained, the TVs were small and outdated, and the AC was incredibly loud. There were broken bathroom floor tiles, too. The breakfast area lacked seats and enough staff to keep food and coffee available. On both days, the scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid. The second day, there was only turkey sausage, with no pork sausage or omelette. This hotel seems to rely on cosmetic updates, mostly in common areas. Marriott should be ashamed to have it under its brand. It wasn't worth the money, especially with other options just as close to the stadium.
