The room was roomy, clean, had a gorgeous view, and came with everything we needed. The staff and the view were fantastic, and the whole place was clean. I didn't expect to find a Vegas hotel that doesn't smell of too many people smoking, but this one does exist. The food nearby was the weak spot. Ketchup had great burgers, but I'm no Wimpy from Popeye's. I didn't try room service, which is on me. And if you're after a chicken sandwich, I'd steer clear of Flights. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The suite was awesome, and the full kitchen meant we could cook or reheat food from a favorite restaurant instead of paying Vegas restaurant prices. Our room had a great view of the Sphere. The pool was closed for the off season, though we'd enjoyed a poolside cabana on our last visit.

The staff were courteous and helpful, especially Albert, the cheerful security guard by the elevator. My only disappointment is that I left my Samsung smart watch in room 2515 when I checked out on 25.5.2026. I went back, but they said the room had already been cleaned and nobody had turned it in. I'm still upset, since it was a gift from my fiance.

The pool food was great, and the bartenders there were friendly and gave great service. The drinks were a good price for a spot so close to the Strip. My one gripe is the pillows. They went flat pretty quickly, so maybe ask for replacements or foam ones. The room was clean and very well kept, and I had a very positive stay.

I was well looked after as a Diamond Hilton member during my ten-day visit, and the whole stay was hassle-free. Check-in was easy and early, and I had a great suite on the 33rd floor. It's a smoke-free, fairly quiet hotel just off the Strip, with easy access to everything through the Miracle Mile. Excellent service, highly recommended!
