Being near the Strip without being amid the crowds and noise made it easy to reach the city's main attractions while still getting a quieter stay. The rooms have a living area and kitchen, which made everyday routines easier, especially for a longer visit. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough, and the gym worked well for a strength workout. Check-in and check-out were quick, parking was easy to access, and the hotel accepted packages without an extra fee, a big plus in Las Vegas. Breakfast came with the stay, which is unusual in the city. It was simple, but had what I needed to start the day. I was comfortable here and found it convenient and good value. It's the best off-Strip option I've stayed at.

The room was clean and roomy, and the shower had amazing water pressure. It's off the Strip, with easy access and a nice parking garage where parking doesn't cost extra. I'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Convention Center from November 26-29. The housekeeping staff member who cared for Room 654 was kind, professional, and efficient, and kept it in great shape throughout our visit. Dee at reception deserves a special mention. She saw me rushing toward the dining room with two hot coffees and quickly brought me cup sleeves so I could carry them safely. She also wished us a Happy Thanksgiving, asked about our trip, and offered help if we needed anything. The whole reception team was kind. The woman who checked us in, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, handled an unexpected delay with the guests ahead of us very well. She thanked us for waiting and offered several courtesies that made our stay even better. Thanks to everyone for making the holiday visit so pleasant.

Hilton has lost a longtime Diamond Honors member. We had booked and fully paid for three rooms six months ahead, with no refund, for three families flying in from Michigan for one night before a wedding in Arizona. When we got to the desk, two rooms had been given away, even though I'd checked in online and requested three digital keys. The receptionist first lied to my face, then finally said the guests in those rooms from the previous night wanted to stay longer. This was a terrible situation with little kids and elderly people in our group. Marriott managed to fit us in, and they'll get my business from now on. So much for having reservations. This place is beyond pathetic.

I checked in ahead of time and requested a digital key, but when I arrived late in the day, they still sent me to the desk. They couldn't find my status or credit card on file, and the digital key never worked during the stay, even though the room had been ready for hours. I'm a Diamond member, and the desk staff treated me like garbage. There wasn't even an Honors line. The room also had no shampoo or lotion, so I had to go back to the desk. The manager here needs a serious attitude check. Worst customer service in Vegas.
