Siegel Suites Boulder III

It's quiet at Boulder 3 suites, my neighbors are respectful, and I feel safe here. I've been staying for about two years, and Miss Jai, the manager, is my angel. She's amazing, full of empathy, compassion, and consideration, and I absolutely love her. The staff are super cool, maintenance is top tier, and the laundry room is clean with machines that always work. This place is great for singles and small families. I've been to a lot of Siegel Suites, and some of those places can be scary. Thank you, Miss Jai, for welcoming me and making me feel at home. ❤️

Jai has become like family to us during the few months my family and I have stayed here. She's always kind and helps with paperwork and whatever else we need. Work orders get handled quickly and with compassion. We really appreciate the staff and this location.

I appreciate Jai's outstanding management. She consistently cares about tenants' well-being and makes sure things get done on time. This is the most secure suite I've found so far, with security personnel regularly patrolling.

The only good part of Boulder 3 at 4240 boulder highway was the security guard dave. He was always on the ball. The rent was getting ridiculous, and one clerk told me you have to learn to live with the roaches. The infestation was awful: roaches came through the ceiling sprinklers and from behind the TV, especially in the TV room and bedroom. There are five sprinklers, in the TV room, kitchen, bathroom, above the bed, and closet. I'd check the sprinkler over the bed before sleeping in case roaches fell on you. Under the kitchen and bathroom sinks you can't see, but if you wave a hand underneath, there's open space where they were getting through the walls connected to other rooms. The worst place on boulder highway, really disgusting.
