Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The Resort Chat Team responded fast, was very helpful, and solved the issue right away. The Award counter staff, though, had poor hospitality. They greeted me with serious faces and no smiles, as if they thought I was there to take advantage of Venetian. One guy, Magic(?) went through the whole process with a long face. Only one woman on staff was nice, but I can't remember her name.

I meant for this to be a review of the Prestige Lounge. The service was top notch, and I was there two weeks ago. I can't remember everyone's names, which I'm a bit upset with myself about. I think the bartender was Shelby (?), and there was David and another young man. They deserve recognition. My room was a huge suite, around 1,700 sq ft, I believe, with an amazing balcony. I'll be back over Christmas and will make sure I get the names right.

I've been a raving fan of the plaza prestige for over 20 years, and I consider the staff family. The manager handled today's situation very well, but Tim's attitude made a bad first impression, even though I've stayed at this property well over 100 times. Tim wouldn't check whether I was on the prestige list and told me to go to the front desk for a key. When I said I was on the list, he was rude. I asked for a manager, and he said I could speak to one or have him check the list, but he wouldn't do both. Tim needs customer service training.

I came to see the plaza/mall where “Boys Over Flowers” filmed an episode, and I loved the interior. There are lots of food spots and shops, plus a gondola ride you can buy tickets for. I took my family, and the gondoliers sing for you too. I'd recommend a visit.

The inside is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were excellent. Our clean room was a short indoor walk from the Sphere.
