The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the showers had hot water right away. Breakfast was a carb fest, like hotel breakfasts usually are, but it worked well since I was running a Hyrox that weekend and needed the carbs. Staff were nice, and we got to check in about 1.5 hours early. There's a pool and a pleasant fire pit outside, and In & out burger is right across the street for a quick bite. We walked to and from the strip every day, though the hotel shuttle is available if you book ahead. We didn't need it. I saw a few homeless people, but it wasn't as bad as in some other big cities. The hotel is within walking distance of the strip. Parking is through a shared lot used by Hilton/Marriott hotels and costs $20 a night, as listed in the Marriott app, so it wasn't a surprise. Most hotels I looked at charged for parking, and, well, it's Vegas. If you don't want to pay, stay farther away.

The full-size fridge was handy, and it was nice being able to park without valet. The hotel is just off the strip, about a 10-minute walk from New York New York. Parking costs $20 per night. Breakfast was disappointing: staff seemed more focused on closing it early than refilling food or clearing dirty tables.

Breakfast was fresh, had both hot and cold choices, and was well stocked, so it was an easy start to the day. Jennifer at the front desk made check-in smooth and was welcoming, helpful, and professional. She really went out of her way, and her upbeat attitude set a great tone. Our room was bright, spacious, and spotless, a comfortable place to wind down after being out all day. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in its work. Great service, a clean room, and good breakfast. We'd absolutely stay again at the TownePlace Suites Las Vegas Stadium.

The room I was assigned was sub-par, and I didn't get a status upgrade. I worked hard to regain platinum elite this year for the extra benefits, but this hotel wouldn't waive the ridiculous parking fee. Apparently, they'll only waive parking for Ambassador level. Come on, it's a Townplace Suites, not the Ritz Carlton. I checked out early and found another hotel on principle. I'll never return, and I'll make sure others hear about it. A horrible, disappointing experience.

We came for a timeshare adventure, but the power was out when we arrived after lightning and thunderstorms, so checking in wasn't really possible. We left, came back, and got a room. The front desk person quoted me $54, but after our timeshare extravaganza, I checked out on Sunday and was charged $265. The person there couldn't help when I explained I'd already paid, and there was no manager on duty or available to speak with. This still hasn't been resolved, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. Maybe not by the timeshare place, but definitely by townhouse. Sorry, TownePlace suites. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere near them. Please don't do it.
