The location worked perfectly for us. We could walk through the hotel to get to the casino and other popular casinos on the Strip. The room was a different story: when we arrived, it smelled like seafood had been prepared there the night before. The next morning I got out of bed without my house shoes and found the floor wet, with a foul smell coming from the left side of the bed. We’d already unpacked, so we settled in instead of switching rooms. Over our four nights, we got only two sets of bathroom linens. We didn’t want to pay $30 for extras.

We were on the 21st floor, with a view stretching from the airport around to the Sphere, and a balcony to enjoy it from. The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a kitchen, a full-size fridge, two bathrooms, and jetted tubs for two. The rooms and views were awesome, and the service and location made this feel like the best deal we’ve found in Vegas in a long time. It’s off the Strip, but for the price, it’s hard to beat. We’re really looking forward to coming back.

I love the property and its location, and MGM was fantastic. LSI, though, was a disaster. Our reservation included late checkout, but LSI tried to deny it. The room key still worked, and security let us through the gate late that afternoon, which wouldn’t happen at a hotel unless checkout had been extended. When I offered written proof of the late checkout, LSI threatened me. My guest was horrified and traumatized. During the stay, LSI customer service was unavailable and didn’t respond to messages, so MGM had to help us communicate with them. The room itself was filthy: the windows, mirrors, and carpet looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years, the doors were covered in black fingerprints, the carpet was worn out, neither TV worked, and one phone was out of order. Worst of all, someone entered without authorization, tampered with our food and spilled it across the kitchen floor, then stole a bottle of wine. If negative stars were an option, this place would deserve them. Reservations for The Signature can and should be booked directly through MGM.

The monorail made it easy to get to the Harmon Grandstands, another perk of staying at the Signature. I was there recently for the F1 Race and asked to upgrade to a balcony suite for the race views. It was well worth it. That’s another reason I enjoy staying at the Signature.

Only a few blocks from the Strip, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The furniture looked worn and dated, and the bed had a few lumps. I stayed here years ago and it felt more luxurious then. I booked through an Airbnb, though, so you get what you pay for.
