Go somewhere else! Bed bugs! I told the front desk and they tried to blame me. The manager apparently lives at the hotel, but couldn’t find time to call and discuss it. I had to go to the front desk to get her information so I could try to track her down, even though she lives there. The staff moved me to another room, said there was nothing else they could do, and told me to contact the manager. Now I’m paying over $20 to wash clothes I’d just cleaned last week. The large washer and the ice machines were out of order, and the restaurant couldn’t serve food. The place seems newer but already looks like it’s being run into the ground. I’m going back to Hilton. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Home 2 Suites to avoid a lot of problems.

The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff were friendly and engaging. The breakfast was decent for a hotel. If you're staying in this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

A really nice, clean hotel in Paris, with a brand new interior and a location I loved. The bedding was comfortable, the gym was really nice, and the service was awesome.

The room was clean and nice. Many thanks to Bob for helping us out with our dead battery pickle!

The room got uncomfortably warm before the A/C would switch back on, and the fan kept starting and stopping all night. The thermostat is limited so you can’t run the fan continuously. I found it nearly impossible to sleep. A hotel can be as nice as you like, but there’s little point staying if you can’t get any sleep.
