The location is hard to beat: there's a grocery store right next door, Olympic Park nearby, and a free bus to the slopes. The balcony rooms have great views, and the laundry room is only $2.00 per washer or dryer. The Vertical Bar is a lively, clean spot for free apri ski appetizers and drinks at reasonable prices. I hope to come back next year. This was my second stay. It's a solid place with clean rooms, nice public areas, and a great outdoor pool and hot tub. But half the hot tub jets weren't working during our last two nights, and the Peloton in the exercise room wouldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. No one seemed to think that could be fixed. The aging building needs maintenance upgrades, with cracks in the concrete and a strangely missing door in our suite, though they're clearly trying to keep it clean and welcoming.

The hotel is showing its age, but it works for a good deal in Park City, especially with a grocery store right nearby. What stood out most was the front desk team, particularly Mike. He brought such a positive energy and made us feel connected. He treated my wife and our 9 month old daughter like family. He's a genuinely good-hearted person who does things from the heart.

We got in early, and they were happy to hold our bags. The big family bathroom was handy for changing into ski gear before the room was ready. The staff were great and had confirmed everything before I landed. There's also a free bus stop right by this perfect hotel.

The room fridge didn't work, and apparently the hot tub has been broken for over a year. For what they charge for two nights in such an outdated hotel, that's ridiculous. We were also charged way too much at check-in, with extra fees nobody could explain. I wouldn't select the room upgrade option when booking, that's what kicked off the whole mess. They told me to speak with the manager in the morning. This place needs new management, renovations, or to shut down, maybe all three. Look elsewhere.
