They made it pretty obvious they wanted me gone. Less than 20 minutes after checkout, they tried to tow my car from the lot. Don’t stop to rearrange anything in your car before driving off, or you’ll have a tow truck driver right behind you.

We lost two hours of our first night trying to sort out parking. We’d asked for two passes but got only one, and even though plenty of spaces were open, they wouldn’t let us pay for another. The front desk receptionist was unhelpful and had an attitude. Communication and customer service were terrible. The towels also had stains.

My concerns still haven’t been resolved because the property hasn’t responded. They charged my card when I booked, 2.5 months before my stay. It wasn’t clear that they would do this. Their policy says they can charge a deposit at any time, but I had to dig to find that detail. It felt very misleading.

Room 104 is my favorite. The place is always clean, the pricing is good, and it has great amenities. I’d definitely stay again.

We love staying here. The rooms are small but lovely, and the location is great. There’s a pool and hot tub, plus free transportation downtown.
