Get a top-floor room if you can. The floors above creak loudly with even the slightest movement, and the soft footsteps from the people upstairs were impossible to ignore. They weren't being obnoxious, but the noise made it frustratingly hard to sleep. This isn't a subtle complaint. The front desk just shrugged and said the buildings were old and the soundproofing wasn't very good.

Our family had a wonderful time in SnowFlower Building 1 Unit 31. It was a studio condo with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, and plenty of kitchen supplies. They'd stocked shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even body lotion, plus a good supply of towels. They stopped by mid-week with fresh towels and changed our sheets. On the first floor there's a ski gear locker. From the lockers, it's a short walk to the First Time Lift, and Main Street is also nearby.

Joanne and Erin helped make our visit a good one. The place was comfortable, and you can ski straight in and out. We’ve stayed three times now and have always been happy with it.

The ski-in/ski-out access is the real draw here, and I’d recommend it if you’re fine with an older place. The condo looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades, though, and for the price I expected something nicer. There’s nowhere to plug in USB cables, and the appliances and furnishings feel straight out of the 1980s.

We love Unit #101, building 3. The beds are new and really comfortable, and there’s a cozy gas fireplace. It’s ground floor, right by the hot pool, with a nice deck for summer. You get a private ski locker on the same floor and there’s laundry on the second floor. Parking is beside the condo or in the covered garage, which has an elevator. We haven’t heard the snow groomers at night.
