Rosene, who was working the morning front desk, spent hours trying to help me find my lost wallet. She searched everywhere and checked security footage to follow my steps, all for a stranger. The service here is stellar, and the people are high quality. The interior was a pleasant surprise, with a big courtyard and a comfortable pool area. I've tried all the places in Park Rapids on work trips, and this is the best stay. Rosene, if you see this, thank you, and God bless.

We’ve stayed here twice, and the staff we met were kind and very hospitable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and up to date, and it’s clear the hotel is well cared for. The pool is really large, with a nice hot tub too. On this last visit our room did smell like smoke, though.

The pool and hot tub were very clean, and breakfast was much more than a basic continental spread. They had sausage patties, omelets, potatoes, and pancakes made fresh. Our balcony room looked out over the lobby where breakfast is served. The beds were comfy and the pillows were wonderful. Everything about the stay was really nice, and the room exceeded our expectations. We'll stay again next time we're in the area.

There are several roomy places in the foyer to hang out, visit, or play games, and plenty of chairs around the pool for watching swimmers or chatting. The pool is a good size for a group, and the hot tub is fairly large too. Our King Suite had loads of room to relax. Staff were very helpful at check-in, and when we mentioned the blinds weren't working right, they fixed them promptly.

After an Airbnb misadventure, we checked in late last night. Rich, the night manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind when we were already stressed. The rooms were clean, and the full breakfast was a welcome surprise.
