We needed two rooms at the last minute, and after talking by phone with Iverson, I felt good about choosing this hotel. We arrived a bit frazzled, but Kandi greeted me at the desk with a smile. Everyone else we met was friendly too, and checkout with Kandi went smoothly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a spacious breakfast area and a good range of food. It worked out perfectly for us. If you’re bringing a pet, there are grassy areas and bags available. The hotel is convenient to everything, and I’d stay here again.

At 3 am, after I needed to go to AAVEC Veterinary emergency hospital, I found this hotel on Google Maps and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, fresh, simple, and modern, with a mini kitchen and full refrigerator that would be handy for a longer stay. The location was good and parking was easy. Breakfast was complimentary and had much better quality and selection than I expected. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I’d recommend it for a short or long stay.

The front desk guys were nice, but the woman at breakfast was rude every single day. We barely got housekeeping during the two months we stayed. They did change towels and trash, but never vacuumed or really cleaned the room, and rarely made the beds. Most rooms had tight layouts, and the dresser drawers kept rolling open. Fine for a few nights, but I wouldn’t stay again.

I’ve recommended this hotel to friends and relatives because there were no problems or disappointments. The rooms were very clean and well designed, with full amenities, a basic full kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable, and the front desk staff were excellent.

The room had everything I needed, and the hotel felt relaxing, new, and very clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the overall quality of the stay and the cleanliness made up for it. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again.
