We stayed in the Rose Room and felt warm and cozy. The B&B is in a lovely, well-preserved historic home on a quiet street, and we enjoyed hearing the clip-clop of horse and buggies passing our windows. A snowstorm forced us to leave early, but we’re looking forward to coming back in spring. The hospitality was top notch!

Jan’s local stories and history added a lot to our weekend, and she and Bruce were such friendly, thoughtful hosts. They even prepared delicious vegetarian meals for us. We loved the cozy, rustic feel throughout the property and our beautiful Garden Room. The Artist’s Inn & Gallery has so much warmth and personality, and the peaceful location has plenty of small-town charm. We had an amazing getaway and will definitely visit again.

Being able to see my grandparents’ house from the Rose Room window made this overnight stay at the Artist's Inn in Terre Hill, Pa a real trip down memory lane. It was right across the street, and I spent so much of my childhood there, from infancy onward. My mother also spent much of her childhood in the inn with the family who lived there then, and I remember visiting as a child. Jan and Bruce were wonderful hosts. The antique decor and homey atmosphere made the stay restful and pleasant, and whenever I thought I needed something, it seemed to be right there. They had considered all the little things a visitor might need. The bathroom’s electric baseboard heater was especially comforting, and could also warm the bedroom. Breakfast was gourmet, with scones, fruit, and a special ham and egg entrée. My stay was simply delightful!

The rooms were clean and quaint, and the place had a lovely vibe for our Lancaster vacation. My husband and I aren't early risers, but we made sure to get up for Jan’s magnificent breakfasts. The menu changes every day, and I hadn't known a four-course breakfast was even a thing. This was my best B&B experience. The husband-and-wife hosts are lovely and treat guests like family.

The home-cooked gourmet breakfast is delicious, and Jan and Bruce are awesome hosts. This was my fourth visit to my favorite B&B, and I can't wait to come back again. The trip was so relaxing, and everything was perfect as always. Thank you for everything!
