Homewood Suites by Hilton Parsippany-Troy Hills

The pool was a highlight for me. It was clean, not too crowded, and a relaxed place to spend time without feeling rushed or bothered. The staff were really nice and helpful the whole stay. Check-in went smoothly, and whenever I needed something, they took care of it quickly and made it easy. Comfortable, relaxing, and worth it. I’d stay again.

Naomi and Justin at the front desk were friendly and welcoming every time we saw them, and they were always happy to help. Nesli, the General Manager, deserves a special mention. She went out of her way to make the hotel feel like a home away from home, and you can tell she cares about her guests and takes pride in the place. Homewood Suites Parsippany was spotless, newly renovated, and beautifully maintained, so it felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service and updated hotel made this a wonderful stay. We’ll absolutely be back, and I highly recommend booking here if you’re in the area.

Naomi is the reason I’m leaving a review. We stayed for two weeks with our dog and two toddlers, and she was so kind and helpful with the kids that my little boy looked forward to seeing her at breakfast every morning. She was professional, amazing, and always willing to go above and beyond. Employees like her are rare, and she left a lasting impression that I’ll associate with the Hilton brand. I hope the Hilton family knows what a gem they have. The hotel itself had comfortable beds, clean rooms, and kitchens stocked with anything we needed. The pool was very nice, there was lots of accessible parking, and I appreciated how pet friendly the place was. Breakfast was good, though it could use more variety.

Naomi and Justin at the front desk helped me arrange an important late check-out for work. They put me at ease about having the time I needed for my virtual call. Thanks to both of them. It’s a wonderful property with great staff, and I look forward to staying at this Homewood Suites again.
