My Place Hotel-Pasco/ Tri-Cities, WA

We arrived late as a group of four and had booked four rooms. My bed was very dirty. In the morning I asked the front desk to clean it or move me, but they refused, saying housekeeping only comes every four days. They also said there were no other rooms available. I showed the woman Expedia's listing with more than 10 rooms showing, but she still wouldn't change it. It was a very bad experience.

The kitchenette in the room could be convenient if you're staying in town for a few days. But for a one night business trip, I'd go to a Best Western instead. It's better, cleaner, cheaper, and includes breakfast. I paid 125 a night at BW compared with 202.50 at My Place. The rooms smelled awful. Mine had a strong dog smell, and my coworker said his smelled like feet. Staff sprayed air freshener, but it only covered the smell for five minutes. We couldn't switch rooms because the place was fully booked, and nearby hotels were in the same situation.

For the past year we've stayed here regularly, and it's been consistently great. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and everything runs smoothly. It's become our go-to spot because they clearly care about guests. Melissa always makes our reservations easy, and Kylie is quick to respond and helpful whenever we get in touch. A big thanks to them and the whole team. Everyone goes above and beyond, and we really appreciate it.

There was blood in the room, and the hotel felt disgusting and unsafe. I tried to be cordial and find a solution to the dirty, unpleasant situation, but got no respect or customer support. Do not stay here.
