We felt comfortable and at home here. The price was right, and the attention to cleanliness, decor, and in-room amenities was exceptional. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. I wish every hotel were like this.

After a long weekend, we had to stop before the long drive home, and Toby went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend feel extra special. He absolutely made it a dream. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the hot tub was great too. The diner next door was a bonus. Toby is definitely why I’d want to stay at another Best Western.

The room was cold for me, and I couldn’t sleep with the heater fan on, so I asked the overnight staff for an extra comforter and got one. The beds were comfortable and I slept surprisingly well. The rooms were clean and quiet, apart from someone honking for several minutes in the morning, which I can’t blame on the hotel. Check-in staff were great too. This Best Western Plus is right off highway 101 and close to several restaurants. There’s a deep outdoor pool and a hot tub, plus a mini vending fridge in the lobby where I could get snacks. They gave me a $5 voucher for breakfast at the on-site restaurant, but I’d had dinner there and found the prices steep, so I skipped breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again when passing through.

Getting here from the main roads is convenient, with food and fuel nearby, and it’s a quality place to stay. I was quite disappointed there was no free breakfast. Instead, they offered $5 off dinner next door, which, based on the online menu, wouldn’t even cover orange juice.

The rooms are great, but the hallways and stairways need more lighting. There’s a chicken coop next door, so farm-life ASMR will wake you at 5am. I think the neighbor’s dogs are barking constantly, and the AC is really loud and keeps you up at night.
