The property has several levels along a hillside and is well maintained. Our group shared a grassy area among four rigs, with two on each side facing the center. Our sites weren’t paved, though most of the sites were. Parking tow vehicles was a bit tight for 40' motorhomes, while other sites were spacious. There are RV sites as well as cabins and tiny homes. One person in our group stayed in one of those and said a missing fork would cost $40; the TV also wasn’t working. Amenities include a pool, playground, two spas, one restricted to ages 21 and up, a gym, wine garden, clubhouse with meeting and craft rooms, and two small dog parks. They’re too small for fetch, and the upper one seemed less used.

I came for Sensorio and stayed just one night. Mark, the park manager, was so kind and helpful. When I had a water problem, he diagnosed it and took care of it. The park is beautiful, very well maintained, and has lots of amenities. I’d like to come back when I have more time to stay awhile. Thanks, and see you again soon!

I’ve brought my travel trailer here a couple of times and have enjoyed staying at the property. It’s well kept, with spotless bathrooms, app-controlled washers and dryers, a pool, and a hot tub. The staff have always been friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I’ve never had an experience like this. Two weeks before check-in, I called to ask if my reservation could be moved to their sister RV park, Sun outdoors Paso Robles, literally two minutes away across the road. They couldn’t do it. They then provided my bank with a set of documents to support the case worth $100. The receptionist doesn’t seem to understand cost-benefit. Ridiculous customer service, especially when the properties across the road have the same owner. Be aware.

We had a really nice stay in one of their cottages. It was very clean and had lots of amenities. We chose the one-bedroom option; the bedroom was a little small, but there’s also a loft that works as an extra bedroom. We’d definitely stay again.
