The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the woman working there kept everything clean and stocked. We ended up here after pulling off the highway because of the weather. There were several hotels nearby, but we knew the Choice brands, so we chose this one. The room was clean and housekeeping had left plenty of towels. The only coffee was decaf, so I had to go back to the desk. It was a suite, and the heat didn't really reach the sitting area, but we managed.

There were cobwebs, spiders, and ants, and the first floor was very loud. A woman seemed to be getting arrested in the hallway, cussing and screaming, which was really unsettling. Nobody was ever at the front desk. Staff stayed in the back and didn't come out to check that guests felt safe after all that commotion. It also looked like some people were living at the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We've stopped here a few times over the years while coming from PA for the Kalamazoo car show. It's quiet and affordable, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean, too. Breakfast was good, with fluffy eggs and waffles you can make yourself.

Stopped here overnight to break up the drive. The place was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast had several good choices.

Sarah was great to deal with. Traveling from Texas, I really appreciated that she let me check in early and upgraded my room to a suite. She also shared information about local restaurants, breweries, and other spots. Thanks again, I'm grateful for the help :)
