You can hear cars from the main road, and the bed wasn't anything special. Still, the place has been noticeably redone inside and out, the room was clean, and the door code made check-in easy. It has the basics without extra frills, and for this price it felt like a great deal. I'd book again.

We found a lovely little cafe within walking distance for breakfast, and the location was marvelous. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with beautiful, recently updated accommodations. We'll be back soon. This is going to be our Payson place.

The contactless check-in was easy, with everything explained clearly by email and text. Since my last visit, the whole place has been remodeled and it's 100 times better. For the money, it's the best value, and easily the most modern hotel in Payson.

There’s a good breakfast spot right next door, and the price is hard to beat. The room was clean and the shower was hot. A great little motel if you need somewhere to crash for a weekend in Payson.

The room itself was clean when I arrived, but the shower had some kind of liquid and dirt in it. I would've been fine with someone cleaning it or moving me to another room, but my request was ignored. They also didn't respond when I asked for a partial refund because the shower hadn't been cleaned. It's a very nice place, which makes the lack of attention to customer service especially disappointing.
