Quality Inn Payson I-15

The rooms are a little dated, but the service is excellent, the staff are friendly and reliable, and breakfast is great. The location is perfect, right next to the freeway for easy access, with food nearby. The shower was super hot and had great water pressure.

It's a clean, nice hotel with friendly staff. McKay was working when we checked in late in the evening and was fun to talk to.

Carrie is a wonderful lady who gives over-the-top service. She's professional, courteous, and so sweet. She deserves a raise. Thanks, Darrell Burk😆

This rundown place has little going for it beyond the pool, and now even that doesn't feel like a real amenity because of how they police it. Staff were rude, especially Carrie. She threatened us when we wanted to use the pool with my daughter and grandson, who live nearby and weren't hotel guests. We'd traveled to see them. They refuse to let guests bring someone to the pool, though we'd done it before without being questioned. Nothing on the website or posted at the hotel said that; Carrie was the one stating the rule. The night before, she'd let all of us swim. The pool was completely empty apart from the five of us, and we were there for only 30 minutes. Breakfast was pathetic, the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn't lock, and the plumbing was ridiculous. I could go on about why not to stay here. When I return to visit family in the area next year, I'll drive farther and pay more for better quality, more accommodating service, and better value. This hotel deserves a zero rating.
