A beautiful setting, comfortable and safe, with nothing too fancy. We arrived really late at night and dinner service was still available. The staff were very helpful and nice. I stayed here over a year ago and wanted to come back to leave a rating.

The room was basic and cute, with a cozy bed, great shower pressure, fridge, TV, and coffee maker. The restaurant and its service were amazing. The train horn went off every ten minutes through the night, though, and we didn’t sleep at all. Still, it was a cool place to visit.

I’ve stayed here twice before hiking out to Supai Village. Check-in was quick, the rooms were clean, and the beds were really comfortable. From a room at the back you can hear the train, but it didn’t wake me. Earplugs are available if you need them. I’d stay again.

We booked this hotel for a rafting trip with Hualapai River Runners, whose group meets in the lobby. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and the staff came across as both friendly and professional. We also liked the food at the on-site restaurant, open from 7am to 8:30pm. The gift shop stays open until 11pm and has neat little souvenirs as well as snacks. There’s an outdoor pool and a small weight room. I’d recommend it for a family wanting a clean, safe place to stay.

I don’t understand the 4.0 rating. Our room was great and clean, the food was good, and the front desk and souvenir shop were organized really well. The staff also helped us plan parts of our Havasupai hike logistics, including post-hike shower options for $15.
