There are too many downsides here. The prices are way too high for a place this outdated, and they keep going up every time I look. Rooms don't come with microwaves or fridges unless you ask, which is ridiculous. The fridge I got was basically a cooler, barely worked, and smelled so bad my soda tasted like it. The restaurant food is only mid, and I paid $3 for one regular chapstick. When I turned on the heater, the room got so dusty-smelling I could barely breathe. Whatever cleaner they use on the bathroom toilets needs to go. It isn't strong enough, and I can smell everyone's business. Things are always broken. Fix or replace them. Where is all that money going? The Golden Moon Casino has been closed for years, so maybe call it "Casino With A Big Moon On Top." It sure doesn't seem to be going to the staff who need it. The lazy susans are hiding in the bathrooms doing nothing for minimum wage, while the hard workers run around handling everything for the exact same pay. Very smart, very clever. That makes sense.

The casino is a good halfway stop when I drive between Dallas and Aiken, SC. The people are friendly, and it's a nice place. The slots are good, too. My money lasts quite a while when I play. I'm not looking for a big win, just to enjoy playing with my money, since some casinos seem to drain it quickly. They could probably use a couple more waitresses.

The Golden Moon rooms are great, and my room was complimentary with my players card. Winning at the Casino is a different story, though, lol.
