A spacious, quiet spot and a great bargain for families. Step out the front door and you’re only a few steps from either two pools or a peaceful, nearly empty beach with white sand and clear water. The location is amazing.

We spent two weeks in a vacation home at Regency Cabanas, and it was a truly wonderful place. The owner met us at Pensacola Airport and drove us straight to the house. It was neat, clean, tidy, and very well equipped, with high-quality furniture and appliances. The beach was stunning, just 25 meters away: sugar-white sand, warm water, and no crowds. Jet lag had us out there early, when we often saw schools of dolphins swimming leisurely along the shore. Pensacola is a beautiful town with friendly people. If you like fighter jets, the Blue Angels do formation flights once or twice a week. Outlet shopping in Mobil/Alabama is about an hour away, and food, drinks, and entertainment cost quite reasonably. Highly recommended!
