Springhill Suites Pensacola Beach

The kids' splash area and regular pools make this a great setup for families, and there's an outdoor bar too. We’ve stayed here twice, first in July 2022 and again in April 2024. Beach access is the best part: we could spend some time on the sand, head back so the kids could nap, then enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. The location is hard to beat, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout both stays.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the front desk experience was poor. We booked several rooms for medical reasons, couldn't get the location I needed, and ended up staying just one night. One evening I tried several times to speak with someone, but only one young woman was working. She kept having a long conversation with a guest checking in while the line grew behind them. At checkout, the young man who helped us went straight over to another employee and openly discussed us. If you don't mind a room in any location and front desk staff who come across as pretentious, this may suit you. I won't be back. I'm a Marriott Titanium member and found other hotels, which I did stay at.

I was overwhelmed by the hotel choices for our first trip to Pensacola Beach, and had been deciding between this place and the nearby Fairfield. As soon as we arrived, I knew I’d picked well. Since the hotel is at the end of a long stretch of hotels and condos, the beach outside was much less crowded than farther down. Our king room with bunk beds had a direct Gulf view that was incredible. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and every staff member we met was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and had lots to choose from, including oatmeal, eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, and sausage. Someone was always keeping the area clean, and parking was easy every time. I’m very picky about hotel cleanliness, and this place impressed me. We’ll definitely stay here on another visit.

Beach access is right there, and the pool was amazing. We had a great five-day stay, with shops, food, and entertainment all within walking distance.
