Our rental was unit 624, which has been remodeled beautifully and with great taste. I can’t comment on the other units. The buildings and railings look like they were recently repainted, and the whole place looks nice. The pool isn’t heated, but the area was tidy and the patio furniture looked good, not worn or shabby. There’s also access on site to a lovely private beach.

We love renting a condo here. The pool is clean, the views are great, and the beach is so close.

A relaxing place with a clean, lovely beach. Great food and the boardwalk are just two minutes away. The condos are reasonably priced and spotless, and the facility is very clean, updated, and well cared for. We’ll definitely come back on a future visit.

We’ve stayed here several times and plan to keep coming back when we vacation in the area. The Gulf-side location is great, and the beachfront condos are the best.
