It’s a beautiful spot right on the water, with a balcony in every room. The living room and master balconies face the water, and the location on the beach is prime. The big room is palatial, one is tiny, and the other two are roomy and normally sized. The adult beds were comfortable, though the double bunks crinkle because of the waterproof mattress cover. My mom dealt with the management company, and had nothing bad to say about them, which usually means everything was straightforward and pleasant enough. I mainly missed the toiletries a hotel might supply. I know it’s a condo, so some things are different, but a box of tissues would’ve been nice. Bring towels. We had one per person for four days, only two dish towels, and no beach towels. You’ll also need laundry detergent, paper towels, and bathroom tissue. We kept having to go into town as we realized what we needed, so plan ahead to cut down on toll bridge fees. There’s no grocery store on Pensacola Beach, so stop in Gulf Breeze first. DoorDash doesn’t deliver there either.
