The location worked really well for my four-month stay. It's a short way off the main road, so getting there is easy, but far enough away to stay quiet and relaxed. It has a nearly secluded feel while remaining close to what you might need. What I'll remember most is how consistent the care was. The front desk team was always approachable and willing to go the extra mile. After a while, seeing familiar faces felt more like coming home than checking into a hotel. Whenever I needed anything, even at an odd hour, someone was ready to help. Housekeeping was dependable and thorough, and my room stayed in great shape throughout. That made settling in for the long haul simple and stress-free. Attentive service over that much time isn't something you find everywhere. The team's professionalism and genuine kindness made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. I'd absolutely recommend this welcoming, well-kept hotel and its staff.

Two things could have been better. There was grime in our shower that came off easily, though the rest of the hotel was clean, so it seemed like a one-off. I have celiac disease and would have liked gluten-free choices at the continental breakfast. Otherwise, the staff were kind and really helpful, and our room was large rather than the usual cramped hotel setup. It had a mini kitchen with a fridge that we'd have used if we'd stayed longer. We plan to stay here again if we're back in Pensacola.

The rooms are roomy and the staff are friendly. Breakfast won't excite you if you're after eggs or sausage, which came as precooked formed slabs, but cereal, fresh-cooked waffles, juice, coffee, and milk are available, so it does the job.

Ms.Mariah made this stay special. She was so kind and inspiring, and helped me whenever I needed it while dealing with my seizures. I spent a whole week here with my wife, and every moment counted. The room was perfect, and the kids enjoyed the hot, delicious breakfast. I loved the pool too. This is truly the best hotel I've stayed in, and I'll definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️

The room and bathroom were clean, and the A/C had a normal level of noise. It wasn't quiet, but I could still get to sleep. I could hear a little sound from other rooms through the walls, too. The main issue was the hotel's general areas, where the scented smell was overpowering, like someone had used too much floor cleaner.
