Best Western Plus Blue Angel Inn

The hotel was quiet, and the room was dark enough for a good night’s sleep. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the shower had good pressure. The grounds, common areas, and room were all clean. Both mornings, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s near restaurants, a nice gas station, and a grocery store. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. One of my best hotel stays in a while.

We stayed here in February 2026 and had a wonderful time. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was great, but the breakfast staff really stood out. Mary looked after us the first day, and her daughter the next. The area was spotless, hot food was hot and cold food stayed cold. They checked if we needed anything and even went to get it when we’d already sat down and realized we needed something else. Both women were so sweet and chatty that we had to give them hugs. Online check-in made our most recent arrival easy. We finished everything beforehand, so even though we got in late, there was no extra paperwork or delay at the desk. Getting straight to the room and relaxing was much appreciated. We’ve stayed here several times and the quality has been consistent. Rates are reasonable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is better than expected. The fresh yogurt is a nice extra. A solid choice when passing through Pensacola.

Sherita G was a pleasure to work with and helped get me settled. I’d checked a few other hotels nearby, but their staff weren’t friendly or helpful, so Best Western was a different experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I’ll definitely stay here again.
