The traffic here is pretty intense, though being right off the interstate is handy. I’m still very pleased with the stay. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and I had my dog with me. I came here after checking into the University location, which was run down, disgusting, and had things that didn’t work properly. I booked this place instead, then called soon after. The woman I spoke to was incredibly kind. Given what had happened, she waived the check-in fee and let me arrive at 4 a.m. I did wait about 3-4 hours while packing everything back up, which I completely understood. She was amazing, and with the situation I was in, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 😄

We went to the lobby and demanded a refund. The place was nasty, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re fine with that kind of place. The lobby and hallways smelled horrible as soon as my buddy and I walked in. After checking into our room, we tried to nap because we’d been driving all night. Just before I fell asleep, my buddy noticed welts appearing on my arm shortly after I’d lain down. We looked at my arm, then checked the bed closely. We’d already looked under the sheets and mattress without seeing anything, but a few minutes later we saw bed bugs. The pool also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2004.

We lost power for three days because of a tree, and they kept the same price for my family and my sister’s family, since we were both staying in the same complex. I really appreciate how kind they were. The rooms were so clean, too. They’re good people, and I can’t wait to stay again with my fiancé in October. Thanks for the hospitality, we’ll definitely be back!

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It’s right off the interstate, which makes for a great location. From what I researched, signing up as a member with an email address makes this the cheapest motel around, by about $30.
