Staybridge Suites Pensacola Airport by IHG

The rooms feel modern and updated, like they've been taken care of. The lobby and pool area are beautiful, and the location is convenient. Clean room, good breakfast, good value. Great spot.

The location was nice, and the room was very clean and smelled nice. But when I walked in, drawers and cabinet doors were open, one drawer was out on the floor, and a cabinet shelf was halfway out. It looked like somebody had been searching aggressively for something. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

The full-size fridge and small kitchen made the fantastic, clean, comfortable room really convenient. Two housekeeping ladies responded to our request on the 3rd floor within minutes, and breakfast in the comfortable lobby setting was nice. The hotel is close to stores, restaurants, the airport, and everything else. Carina made check-in quick and welcoming, answered all our questions, and Anita at the front desk also helped make the stay enjoyable. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Best experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites in Pensacola.

We spent 4 nights in town looking for homes, and our stay was pleasant. There wasn't a trashcan in the room, so we bought one from Walmart, but the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything else we needed. Breakfast had lots of variety, and the location is great. Even with plenty of kids and families around, our room was quiet and we never heard the neighbors or hallway noise. This used to be a Homewood Suites, and IHG has done a great job with the renovation and turnover. Since the grand opening isn't until 4/15, I'd call this stage a soft opening. It's business 101 to keep up with profits while going through a change. We'd book here again if needed.
