Quality Inn

The manager was very understanding when we came to this motel homeless and even let us pay late because of our situation. A couple of day-shift workers were amazing too. Andrea, Shaun, and the older lady at the front desk gave great service, and I couldn't have asked for better from them. The room was good aside from roaches and a broken toilet lid that kept coming off. The location was good too, but some staff were another story. Two people yelled at my wife and made her cry, then gave me attitude whenever I asked for anything. The maintenance man kept stalking us and wouldn't leave us alone until someone talked to him three times. We spent over $3500 to stay there for a month, working two jobs from 7a.m. to 2a.m. and paying for the full day no matter what. The night-shift woman with tattoos on her face yelled that my wife and I were a problem, with her general manager on the phone. She also stayed on her phone with her girlfriend while handling sensitive information like our room number or prices, and gave me attitude when I asked her to get something. I know this sounds like a rant, but please believe me, some of these people don't care. I wasn't trying to be a problem, just trying to live. I'm done and won't ever be back. You've lost my business for good.

I paid for two rooms, each meant to have two queen beds, but both had full-size beds instead. One room had what looked like blood on the wall and a couple of roaches. In the other, the curtains had holes and the floor was so filthy my white socks turned black. At check-in, after everything had already been booked and paid for, they also demanded an extra $50 security deposit. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I absolutely would never recommend it.

The price was low, the staff were okay, and the location was handy. That’s about all I can say in its favor. We found small roaches, the pool was dirty, and the shower water was only lukewarm. On arrival they surprised us with a $50 security deposit that hadn’t been mentioned when we paid online. The place felt shabby, and we won’t be back.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the customer service was great. I liked the location too. The floor, though, was really dirty. It’s vinyl plank, but it still needs to be mopped more than once in a while. Please do better 🙏🏽
