Antonio handled checkout quickly and easily this morning, just as he’d taken care of check-in. He was professional, thorough, and explained the hotel’s important features. We had a lovely getaway, slept well, and spent hours relaxing on the patio by the pool. It was a beautiful place to stay and made for a relaxing weekend. We’ll come back and recommend it to our out-of-town guests.

The property is comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic, and the location is convenient. Renee and Ryan at Residence Inn Marriott Airport/Medical Center showed real empathy and kindness after the sudden loss of my family member. I’m in town for funeral services, and they helped with my reservation and offered whatever they could to make a very difficult situation easier to manage. Their customer service was top notch. Marriott has gained a loyal customer.

The location works really well for us, close to restaurants, a movie theater, the airport, and UWF. We’ve tried places from downtown to the beach, but this one gives us the comfort and value we like. We visit our daughter at UWF and stay at Residence Inn Pensacola Medical Center every time. The rooms feel brand new, modern, spotless, and spacious, with a full kitchen and great design if needed. Breakfast has tons of options, and we love the pool and fitness center. Service has always been fantastic. I travel a lot and have high standards, and this is my favorite hotel in Pensacola. Highly recommend it for a central stay.

A great value, with a surprisingly roomy layout. The staff made a point of trying to handle every request, and they were amazing. It’s conveniently near the airport, with shuttle service and short-term parking for guests. We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip.
