Travelodge by Wyndham Peoria

What stood out most was how helpful everyone was throughout my stay. When I needed local suggestions, extra towels, or a hand booking transport, staff took care of it with a smile. They welcomed me warmly and professionally when I arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and they shared useful information about the amenities. I can easily see myself staying here again on my next visit.

I spent four weeks here for work and didn't run into any problems. The rooms were very clean, everything worked as it should, the bed was comfortable, and the shower warmed up fast. I was honestly surprised by how nice the hotel was. For stays longer than a few days, you'll need to pick up your own towels at the front desk. Aside from that, I have no complaints about this location.

The laundry room had fair prices for both washing and drying, and there were plenty of accessible rooms and parking spots. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, though nothing special. I stayed for a few weeks while my mortgage lender sorted things out after the closing date changed at the last minute. I'd be fine putting family here if we needed a place in a pinch, but in my opinion this spot is better suited to traveling contractors.

The heat in our non-smoking room didn't work, and the bed was uncomfortable. The sheets smelled and didn't seem clean. Even stepping inside, the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
