Knights Inn Perry

We booked through the Wyndham site as Diamond members and felt the price was right. We left before breakfast, so can't comment on it, but there are places right next to the hotel for food and coffee. The room has a basic mini-fridge and no coffee maker, which is what I'd expect at a budget hotel. We'll be back, and I'll be contacting Wyndham to tell them this franchisee is doing an exceptional job. We travel to the area every weekend to see my elderly grandparents. We usually stay at a La Quinta and rarely choose a budget hotel, but this place has reset our idea of what all Wyndham hotels should offer. Most Wyndham hotels we've tried have rock-hard beds, concrete pillows, slippery tubs, bad parking, and even worse customer service. This one was the exception. In room 107, the bed was soft and the pillows even softer. The water pressure was just right, the shower got hot quickly, and the tub wasn't slippery. The room was very clean, check-in was handled by a friendly gentleman, and we could park our truck and trailer. It was extremely quiet too. They welcome pets and charge a low fee of $15 per pet per night.
