Park Lake Motel

The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was a great value. Customer service was especially helpful in handling a situation and following up afterward.

Great location for Letchworth state park, and the self check-in and check-out suited us perfectly since we arrived quite late. There's no front desk. The place wasn't the cleanest, but it was okay for one night.

A quiet, comfortable place with friendly staff and plenty of towels. It was just what I needed for a family visit, tucked away and peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The motel is a little old and hasn't been updated, and there are a few small things that could use attention, but nothing that stood out as a serious problem. It was clean, too.

We really appreciated this peaceful, clean and comfortable little place. We arrived late at night during a motorcycle road trip, and nobody was in the office, so we called. The man said they had a room and told us to book online. Once that was done, he said room 29 was open and we could go in. We were surprised to find it unlocked, but the place felt so peaceful that they seemed to trust people and leave a room ready for guests. There was a 24/7 crosby’s fuel station with subway nearby. The subway wasn't open all night, but crosby’s had pizzas and other food. We picked up a pizza there, a perfect snack in just the right spot. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
