The front desk lady was especially welcoming, and the staff made check-in and check-out a great experience. The room was so clean I couldn't spot a speck of dirt on the floor. I'd stay again the next time I'm in Perry.

The room itself was very clean, but I wouldn't stay again unless they fixed the reservation issue. I called the hotel to change a booking.com reservation and was told it was approved. When I arrived, they couldn't find it in the computer, so I booked and paid for another room. At home I found I'd also been charged the full amount for the booking that was supposed to be changed or canceled. I've called and emailed several times about being charged twice, but nobody can find information for either reservation. It feels really sketchy. The hotel was otherwise fine, though more run down than I expected, and the indoor pool advertised online wasn't open. I wouldn't book ahead again.

The room looked unclean and smelled a little unpleasant. The toilet took two minutes to flush. When we called the front desk, they just said it was old but still worked. The pillows were flat as paper, and the fitted sheets were so ragged they wouldn't stay on the bed while we slept. The desk also suggested we skip the complimentary breakfast. There was no elevator to the second floor. Spend your money on a better hotel.

The night staff member at the Perry Inn was so friendly and wonderful. I had a great stay and would recommend the place.
