Comfort Inn & Suites

After an hour and a half, the mildew smell was so bad that I packed up and left. I’d paid $165.00 for a room that smelled musty, and I found a tick crawling in the bed. I took it downstairs in one of their plastic cups and showed it to the woman at the front desk. When I asked for another room, she said there weren’t any, even though the parking lot looked mostly empty. I called the next day to ask for my money back, but the woman I was connected to was rude and refused to refund it. I’ll never stay at that motel or any Comfort Hotels again. They’ve all gone downhill. For that price, I expect a clean room without a bad smell or ticks in it.

The evening clerk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean, nice, and well stocked, and the breakfast was what you’d expect from this chain. We stay here whenever we’re in town and recommend this location.

There’s a huge grassy area behind the hotel where pets can exercise and go potty, and it’s pet friendly. A great place to stop for a good night’s sleep. Thanks to Amy, the night manager, for being hospitable and getting us settled in a room. Wonderful place, 10/10, would recommend.

The staff and management were terrible, so even though I’d prepaid, I chose not to stay. I paid for another room at the Holiday Inn in Guthrie myself. I’ve tried calling the manager several times and am still waiting for a return call. I won’t try to stay there again.
