Rooms were great and the service was very friendly. It's a good fit if you just need somewhere pleasant to sleep before heading out, without a lot of extras.

The room was clean, and there was a nice pool and good breakfast. The woman at the front desk was really kind and helpful. Great place to stay!

A pleasant hotel in a nice little town where I felt safe spending the night. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shops around this idyllic American town.

The pullout couch was horribly lumpy, and I'd avoid sleeping on one. I was stuck with it after getting an email at 10:37 PM saying the so-called upgrade would cost an extra $40. By then we'd arrived exhausted from driving all day at 10:50 PM, and I didn't have the energy to cancel and search for somewhere else. The front desk guy apologized and said the manager had made him charge it. I know it must be tough to work for a jerk manager, so I let that part go, but the couch bed was awful. I had booked a double room at 8 PM on check-in night. At 9 PM, I got an email saying no double rooms were available and asking if we could take a king with a pullout couch instead. We're two parents and two kids, and I hated putting one of us on the couch, but they said there'd be no extra charge. At that point I could have booked another hotel, but decided to go with it. Then the extra fee came through. It really isn't hard to do better.
