Home2 Suites by Hilton Perrysburg Levis Commons Toledo

The double room had a handy living-room area and a kitchenette, with a nice layout overall. It was clean and comfortable when we walked in, and the room itself was great. Check-in was easy, and the lobby was nice too.

I contacted the hotel afterward about the room problem, and they refunded part of my stay. I still had a rough visit, but I appreciate that they did that. I’d now rate it 3/5. The pool was freezing since it isn’t heated, which disappointed my kids. The room was just okay, with crumbs and other trash left on the floor and sticky residue on the dishes. Later, an SUV in the lot blasted rap music around midnight, loud enough to wake me up on the third floor. At check-in, just after 3 p.m., I needed to show my ID to get a digital key even though I’d checked in on the Hilton app. The person at the desk didn’t look up or answer when I said hello, then walked away. She eventually returned and apologized, but told me my room wasn’t ready and couldn’t say when it would be. She didn’t offer another option, so I had to ask customer service what could be done. They did have another room, but it was a king studio instead of the accessible king suite I’d paid for, and I was still charged the suite rate. This stay was disappointing.

The breakfast was good, and the water was so hard that I itched after showering, almost like I had scabies. We were meant to stay a month with other people from our complex while it was being renovated, but after three weeks we were made to leave. We hadn’t done anything, though other people had. I’m not saying Perrysburg is uppity or anything, because in 2026 it couldn’t possibly be about race or status. I’d never been kicked out anywhere before. I guess one bad apple spoils the bunch. If you’re from there and aren’t associated with the wrong people, you’ll probably love your stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and came with a full fridge, sink, and microwave. I was in town for business and stayed two nights. Everything went really well, from check-in through checkout. I’d highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay in the area.
