The Lost & Found process is what really made me love this place. We forgot to check for our two kids' tablets in all the busyness, and later realized they were missing. I called the Perryville facility, got a link to submit a Lost & Found Ticket, and the form was easy, with a place to save pictures. It said I believe there'd be an update within six days. Six days passed with no word, but before ten days all our items had been found and returned. We're so happy they got them back to us, and we definitely want to return for the whole experience without losing anything next time. We stayed at this Hotel Resort in Jan 2026 for one night, and everything exceeded what I expected from what I'd heard before. The room price included a lot: the room, entertainment, staff, events, food, and waterpark were excellent.

The basic double room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. Noise was my only real complaint: you could hear excited kids next door, running in the hall, or a loud TV. Quiet hours start at 11 pm. We liked the indoor water park, and the lifeguards were very attentive. We went in February and only used the family bathroom, which seemed okay. I'm not sure what it's like on weekends or in summer, but I imagine there are more people then. It's like an all-inclusive indoor resort for kids, with activities aimed at them, so expect kids everywhere. We brought snacks and drinks, and there's a refrigerator in each room. There's no microwave in the room, but each floor has a shared one. We brought pizza and other food from outside. Resort prices looked expensive, though not too bad for a resort. I'd come back.

We had a good time, especially the kids, but adults may not find as much to do beyond the intense, fun waterslides. The indoor park floor was kind of dirty, though my daughter loved the wave pool, splash area, and slides. She also liked the free night dance party with bubbles, characters, and holiday music. Yoga and games are among the other free daytime activities. Rooms were nice, but you have to request cleaning in the app, and it can take three or more hours when it's busy. At New Year's it was at capacity, with people everywhere in the lobby and halls and little room to get through. Try to avoid a holiday if you can. A Cyber Week deal helps with the price, because everything except the water park has extra fees. Food is expensive, so bring your own or eat out. There are microwaves on every floor. I didn't like that the shower had conditioning shampoo but no separate shampoo and conditioner. Be aware, they may charge $15 per towel even if you return them properly. It happened to us with all five towels, so we were charged $75 and are still waiting for a refund. Parking is $19 a day.

The arcade was our extra activity this time, and my family had a blast. Games that earn tickets felt pretty rewarding, but the claw machines didn't. We always love coming here and try an extra activity each visit. The park was unexpectedly packed, though clean, and our room was clean too. The wave pool shut down twice for separate incidents. We ate at the pizza place and inside the park, and like sharing meals to keep the cost down. Staff helped a lot with a room mix-up and our general questions. We'll be back.

We stayed one night and got late checkout, which let us use the water park for two days and worked well. The park at Great Wolf Lodge MD wasn't too crowded, and the slide lines weren't bad for our first visit. The wristbands for charges were handy, and the workers were nice. Food tasted good but was really expensive. We bought the Wolf Pass for the kids, but wouldn't do it again. The ropes course was worth it; mini-golf, mini-bowling, and magi-quest weren't. The mirror maze took about 30 seconds, and only one of the three magi-quest wands worked, which was frustrating. Our room had issues too: the AC ran for about two minutes each hour and never cooled below 73 even set to 68, so it was very hot. The phone made a weird noise and had to be unplugged, the TV remote didn't work, and the alarm clock went off by itself at 5 am. The night movie lasted only about 15 minutes, and we thought it would be longer.
